Hello and welcome!

I ran Purehealth Clinic for 25 years, in natural medicine for 38 years! I’m now pushing 60 and it’s time to find a more joyful, less illness-based life, you know. Truthfully, I have no idea what that will look like yet and I’m making things up as I go along ;)

All I do know is this quote about sums it up:

Even now at 64, I consider myself mid-career with a lot more to do and say!

That was Kit de Waal, author who won the Bridport Never Too Late award for new authors over 60.

Spot on. We’re not dead or on the scrap heap yet. I fancy doing something new - and not about chronic illness. You can see where I explain why I retired here if you’d like to know more.

So, if you fancy coming along with me - let’s see what will we discover together?? So exciting; I luuurve a new chapter in life!

Oh, and as a thank you, all free subscribers will get access to the full Purehealth archive - there’s some great stuff in there health-wise, but also I’ll send you my trusted supplement suppliers list - with as many discount codes as I can muster for you!

Ooh, I fancy seeing where you go next - and I quite like the sound of those discounts too!

If you did land here looking for the old Purehealth me, here’s some info to help:

I am retiring from Purehealth on 31st December 2025, but I have left my site, books, newsletters etc all up so that you can still access all the lovely info from the last 30 years! I won’t be updating it now, but there is a LOT of really good info there still. Check My Favourites page for where to find info, supplements, tests, practitioners, courses and more. Anything I think could help.

Please continue to support me by using the links, which might give me a bit of commission and you some discounts, and you can buy me a coffee here if you feel moved to.

Books are here.

Bless your cotton socks from me. Thanks for all your love, support and fun over the past 30-odd years. I will miss you, Micki x
